Our next Family Teacher Conferences will be held on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 from 2:00 -  6:30 PM on Zoom.  Students are expected to attend school that day following the usual Early Release Wednesday schedule starting with their live Morning Meeting and completing their assignments on Schoology.  

  • Pre-K through 3rd grade Families - 

    • Before 3:00 PM on Thursday, October 18th, please contact your homeroom teacher with 3 preferred times to meet from the following list (2:00 - 2:25, 2:30 - 2:55, 3:00 - 3:25, 3:30 - 3:55, 4:00 - 4:25, 4:30 - 4:55, 5:00 - 5:25, 5:30 - 5:55, 6:00 - 6:25) and interpreter language needed.  

    • By no later than Monday, October 19th, your child’s teacher will send you a message to confirm your meeting time.

  • 4th through 8th grade Families - 

    • This round of Family Teacher Conferences will be by invitation. If needed, one of your child’s teachers will reach out to you to schedule a conference no later than Thursday, October 18th.

    • If you have not been contacted by your’s child’s teacher or Point of Contact to schedule a conference, please reach out to your child’s homeroom teacher.

Regístrense para las Conferencias de Familias y Maestros

Nuestras próximas Conferencias de Familias y Maestros se llevarán a cabo el miércoles 21 de octubre de 2020 de 2:00 a 6:30 p.m. en Zoom. Se espera que los estudiantes asistan a la escuela ese día siguiendo el horario habitual de salida temprano de los miércoles, comenzando con su Reunión de la Mañana en vivo y completando sus tareas en Schoology.

  •   Familias de Pre-K a 3er grado -

    • Antes de las 3:00 p.m. del jueves 18 de octubre, por favor comuníquense con su maestro del salón base con 3 horarios preferidos de la siguiente lista para reunirse: (2:00 - 2:25, 2:30 - 2:55, 3:00 - 3: 25, 3:30 - 3:55, 4:00 - 4:25, 4:30 - 4:55, 5:00 - 5:25, 5:30 - 5:55, 6:00 - 6:25) y avisando si necesitan un intérprete.

    • A más tardar el lunes 19 de octubre, el maestro de sus hijos les enviará un mensaje para confirmar la hora de la reunión.

  • Familias de 4º a 8º grado -

    • Esta ronda de Conferencias de Familias y Maestros se realizará por invitación. Si es necesario, uno de los maestros de sus hijos se comunicará con ustedes para programar una conferencia a más tardar el jueves 18 de octubre.

    • Si el maestro de sus hijos o el punto de contacto no se ha puesto en contacto con ustedes para programar una conferencia, por favor comuníquense con el maestro del salón base de sus hijos.  

ለቤተሰብ አስተማሪ ጉባኤ ይመዝገቡ

ቀጣዩ የቤተሰብ አስተማሪ ጉባኤ ረቡዕ ጥቅምት/ October 21 ቀን 2020 ከሰዓት በሁዋላ 2:00 PM - 6:30 PM በ ዙም ይካሄዳል። በእለቱ ተማሪዎች ትምህርታቸዉን መከታተል፤በተለመደው የቅድመ-መለቀቅ ረቡዕ መርሃግብር መሠረት ተማሪዎች በቀጥታ የጧት ስብሰባቸውን በመጀመር እና በስኮሎጅ ላይ የተሰጣቸውን ሥራ ማጠናቀቅ ይጠበቅባቸዋል ።

  • ቅድመ- መዋለ ህጻናት እስከ 3 ኛ ክፍል ቤተሰቦች

    • October ጥቅምት 18 ሐሙስ  18 ቀን ከሰኣት በሁዋላ 3:00 PM  በፊት አስተርጉዋሚ የሚፈልጉ ክሆነ ክሚከተለው ዝርዝር ውስጥ ሶስት ሰዓታት ይምረጡ አና እባክዎን የክፍል ሃላፊ መምህርዎን ያነጋግሩ 2:00 - 2:25, 2:30 - 2:55, 3:00 - 3:25, 3:30 - 3:55, 4:00 - 4:25, 4:30 - 4:55, 5:00 - 5:25, 5:30 - 5:55, 6:00 - 6:25

    • ከሰኞ እስከ ጥቅምት October 19 ቀን ባላይ ባልዘገየ ጊዜ ውስጥ የልጅዎ አስተማሪ የስብሰባ ጊዜዎን ለማረጋገጥ መልእክት ይልክልዎታል

  • ከ 4 ኛ እስከ 8 ኛ ክፍል ቤተሰቦች

    • ይህ ዙር የቤተሰብ አስተማሪ ጉባኤዎች በግብዣ ይሆናል። አስፈላጊ ከሆነ ፣ ከልጅዎ አስተማሪዎች አንዱ ከሐሙስ ፣ ከጥቅምት/ October  18 ቀን ባልበለጠ ጊዜ ውስጥ ኮንፈረንስ ለማቀናጀት ወደ እርስዎ ይደርሳል።

    • ኮንፈረንስ ቀጠሮ ለማስያዝ ከልጅዎ አስተማሪ ወይም የኣገናኘ ከሆነ ሰው ጋር ካልተገናኙ እባክዎን ወደ ልጅዎ ክፍል ሃላፊ አስተማሪ ያነጋግሩ ፡፡
