Why Meridian?
Opportunities for Growth
Meridian Public Charter School offers intensive coaching and professional development for all of our teachers. Each teacher receives frequent and targeted feedback from a coach or school leader biweekly, and every Thursday throughout the school year, students dismiss early so teachers can engage in professional development.
Each campus also budgets to send teachers to external professional development, including local and national conferences to both present and bring back the latest ideas to the school community.
