MAXIMUM STUDENTS: 32 students from grades K-2 & 32 students from grades 3-5 will play on game day

Please complete the form at button above or bit.ly/MCPSfootballfrenzy to sign up for Meridian's Kindergarten - 5th grade Flag Football Frenzy, a morning of tournament style flag football competition for our elementary students. Light breakfast (donuts, juice, hot beverages) will be served along with the distribution of awards. Check-In & Breakfast will begin at 8:15am. Games will start promptly at 8:30am for students in grades K-2 and 9:30am for students in grades 3-5.
Students do not need flag football experience to participate.
A parent/guardian MUST complete this form IN ADVANCE before their student can participate on game day. This form tentatively reserves your child's spot on game day AND serves as the permission slip for the event. We will confirm students spot or waitlist position no later than TUESDAY, April 26, 2022. Final spots will be determined at check in on game day.

Complete el formulario en el botón de arriba o en bit.ly/MCPSfootballfrenzy para inscribirse en Meridian's inscribirse en Meridian's Kindergarten - Flag Football Frenzy de 5.° grado, una mañana de competencia de fútbol de bandera estilo torneo para nuestros estudiantes de primaria. Se servirá un desayuno ligero (rosquillas, jugos, bebidas calientes) junto con la distribución de premios. El check-in y el desayuno comenzarán a las 8:15 am. Los juegos comenzarán puntualmente a las 8:30 a. m. para los estudiantes en los grados K-2 y a las 9:30 a. m. para los estudiantes en los grados 3-5.
Los estudiantes no necesitan experiencia en fútbol de bandera para participar.
Un padre/tutor DEBE completar este formulario CON ANTICIPACIÓN antes de que su estudiante pueda participar el día del juego. Este formulario reserva tentativamente el lugar de su hijo el día del juego Y sirve como hoja de permiso para el evento. Confirmaremos el lugar de los estudiantes o la posición en la lista de espera a más tardar el MARTES 26 de abril de 2022. Los lugares finales se determinarán al registrarse el día del juego.
