Spring MAP Testing / Prueba de MAP de primavera
On Tuesday, May 4th and Thursday May 6th, students will be taking the Measures of Academic Progress (MAP) Test to assess their academic growth in the content areas of reading and math. Teachers will test students from 9:00 to 11:30 am on both days. The anticipated time for each test is approximately one hour. Students in grades K - 4 should log in to their homeroom's live session through Schoology, while students in grades 5-8 should log into their ELA and Math live classes. Once students are in their live Zoom session, teachers will provide them with the test session name and password for the test. Students will not be able to start the test on their own - the teacher will have to start their test after logging in. You will receive a text message reminder 5 minutes before each testing window begins.
**Parents/ Guardians please keep in mind this test is to measure academic growth. You should not help your student answer any questions or guide them through content. Please limit your assistance to technical difficulties only.**
El martes 4 y jueves 6 de mayo, los estudiantes tomarán el examen de Medidas de Progreso Académico (MAP) para evaluar su crecimiento académico en las áreas de lectura y matemáticas. Los maestros harán pruebas a los estudiantes de 9:00 a 11:30 am en ambos días. El tiempo previsto para cada prueba es de aproximadamente una hora. Los estudiantes en los grados K - 4 deben iniciar sesión en la sesión en vivo de su habitación a través de Schoology, mientras que los estudiantes en los grados 5-8 deben iniciar sesión en sus clases en vivo de ELA y Matemáticas. Una vez que los alumnos estén en su sesión de zoom en vivo, los profesores les proporcionarán el nombre y la contraseña de la sesión para la prueba.
